What is a bird nesting ball and why alpaca fiber?

Our bird nesting balls are made with grapevine balls, filled with alpaca fiber, to be hung in a tree or other areas birds frequent.

 Grapevine balls are all natural, and a jute cord has been added, all to blend in with the natural environment.

 Alpaca fiber is a great insulator and repels water. It is a hollow fiber, wicks water, and dries quickly. These attributes make the fiber an excellent material for birds to choose when making their nests! Alpaca bird nesting balls can be hung outside year-round, as it will attract a variety of birds, and all materials can withstand weathering. They can also be hung near any bird houses or feeders
